Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using the PICKKITUP app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PICKKITUP mobile application and website (together, the "Service"), operated by Digitech Sports Private Limited ("PICKKITUP", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Who Can Use PICKKITUP
PICKKITUP is intended for players, organizers, coaches, training institutes and sports venues who wish to organize matches, score games, track statistics, and discover players, coaches and venues. The mobile app is for players and organizers; the website login is reserved for venue partners managing their listings. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at pickkitupapp@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Matches, Scoring & User Content
PICKKITUP lets you create matches and tournaments, record live scores, and post related content such as stats, rankings and profile information. You retain ownership of the content you submit, but you grant PICKKITUP a license to display and use it within the Service to provide the features you request (for example, showing your stats on leaderboards). You agree not to submit content that is false, abusive, defamatory, or that infringes on someone else's rights.
5. Bookings & Subscriptions
The Service may allow you to book venues or slots through participating venue partners, and may offer paid application subscriptions with additional features. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant venue. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations relating to bookings and subscriptions made through the Service.
6. Coaches, Venues & Third-Party Listings
Coaches, training institutes and venues listed on PICKKITUP are independent third parties. Venue partners access the Service through the Venue Login on this website to manage their own listings and bookings. We do not guarantee the quality, safety or availability of any coach, institute or venue, and any arrangement you make with them is between you and that third party.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Harass, abuse or harm other users, coaches or organizers;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts;
- Upload false match results or manipulate stats and rankings; or
- Reverse-engineer, copy or resell any part of the Service without permission.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a risk to PICKKITUP or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PICKKITUP does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that match data, stats or rankings will always be accurate.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PICKKITUP and Digitech Sports Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any injury sustained while participating in matches or events organized through the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
